Effects (1)The defendant who loses a suit of petitio haereditatis shall return to the plaintiff all the property of the inheritance which has remained in his possession.#(2)He may not claim to have become the owner of such property as a result of his good faith.#(3)As regards the rest, the provisions of the Chapter of this Code relating to Unlawful Enrichment shall apply.# ← Article 856Article 858 →
