Article 839
Personal Nature of the Option
(1)
The right to accept, to accept under the benefit of inventory, or to renounce a succession is strictly personal to the heir.
#(3)
The minor and the interdicted person may only accept the succession under the benefit of inventory. Renunciation of the succession by the same persons must be approved by the Court.
