Article 154
Relief to be Stated
(1)
The statement of claim shall state specifically the relief claimed by the plaintiff either simply or in the alternative, but it shall not be necessary to ask for general or other relief that may be granted by the court according to law.
#(2)
Where the plaintiff seeks relief in respect of several distinct claims or causes of action founded upon separate and distinct grounds, those grounds shall be stated separately and distinctly.
