Article 159

Rejection of Statement of Claim by Registrar

The statement of claim shall be rejected by the registrar where:

(a)

it is not in the form provided for by law;

(b)

it is not accompanied by the annexes required by this Book; or

(c)

it is not verified in the manner as required by the Code.
