Article 225
Duty to Testify
(2)
A witness may refuse to answer a question put to him if he would thereby expose himself or any one of his relations by blood or affinity in the direct line or in the collateral line in the second or third degree or his spouse or former spouse to the risk of conviction in respect of a criminal offence.
