Article 236
Additional Witnesses
(1)
At any time before making a decision, the court may call any witness whose testimony it considers necessary in the interests of justice.
#(2)
A party may call any witness whose name does not appear on the list of witnesses if the court is satisfied that he is a material witness who could not have previously been identified as such by the party and the application for a summons is not being made for the purpose of delaying the case.
