Article 73
Pleaders
No pleader shall act for any person in any court unless he has been appointed for that purpose by such person or by his recognized agent or by some other person authorized by law to make such appointment.
#The authority described in this Article, or a copy thereof, shall be filed together with the pleadings in the suit and shall remain in force until terminated with the leave of the court by a writing signed and filed by the client or the pleader, or until the client or the pleader dies, or until all proceedings in the suit are ended so far as regards the client.
#For the purposes of sub-Article (2) any application or appeal made in connection with a suit shall be deemed to be proceedings in the suit.
