Article 77
Agent of Prisoner
(1)
A prisoner who is a party to a suit, and cannot obtain leave to conduct the suit in person, may authorize any person to act in his place.
#(2)
The authorization shall be in writing and shall be signed by the prisoner giving it in the presence of the superintendent who shall countersign the authorization, which shall be filed with the court.
