Article 79
Interpreter
(1)
Where necessary, the court may appoint an interpreter to make a translation on behalf of a party and before commending a translation, the interpreter shall take the oath or affirmation.
#(2)
The parties may suggest to the court the names of interpreters, but no party may be appointed as an interpreter even if he possesses sufficient knowledge of the language necessary for the translation.
#(3)
The interpreter is obliged to translate fully, correctly and promptly, and he may ask questions to clarify or assist the translation.
