Article 122
Hearing and Judgment
(1)
The trial shall proceed in the High Court as in ordinary cases. The prosecution witnesses shall then be heard and the public prosecutor shall make his final submission.
#(2)
If the defendant is found guilty, the Court may sentence the defendant or may defer sentencing until such time as the defendant is brought before the Court. No defendant may be sentenced to death in absentia.
