Article 72

The amount of the bail bond shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the parties concerned and shall not be excessive.

The Court shall, in making its decision on the bail bond, the guarantors and the amount to be guaranteed, consider:

the seriousness of the charge;

the likelihood of the accused’s appearance at trial;

the danger to any person or to public safety by the release of the accused; and

the resources of the arrested person and his guarantors.
