Article 1441
Determination of Period
(1)
A period established by a law, other legal acts, a transaction, or designated by a Court shall be determined by a calendar date or by the expiry of a period of time which shall be calculated by years, months, weeks, days, or hours.
#(2)
A period may also be determined by specifying an event which must inevitably take place afterwards.
