3. Application How Made
(1)
An application for the reduction or invalidation of a gift shall, under pain of loss of right, be made within two years from the date of the gift.
#(2)
After the death of the donor, it may only be made by the persons who are authorized by law to require the invalidation of a testamentary provision on the ground of undue influence.
