Article 1900

The heirs of the donor may not apply to invalidate the gift on the ground of a mistake committed by the donor except on the conditions on which they may apply for the invalidation of a testamentary provision on the ground of mistake.

The heirs may not apply for the gift to be invalidated on the ground of fraud.

The heirs may in any case continue proceedings for the invalidation of the gift on the ground of mistake or fraud which have been instituted by the donor during his life.
