Article 1924
Warranty against Dispossession
(1)
The donor shall warrant the donee against dispossession if he has expressly given such warranty or dispossession is due to his default or a fraud committed by him.
#(2)
Such warranty shall be subject to the provisions of the Chapter on “Sale” regarding the warranty against dispossession.
#(3)
The donee who has been dispossessed may, in accordance with such provisions, require to be refunded such expenses as have been caused to him by the gift and as have not been compensated by the acquisition of the fruits of the property donated.
