Materials Provided by Client
(2)
He shall render an account to the client of the use which he has made of them and restore to him what remains after the execution of the work.
#(3)
Where the materials provided to him by the client are defective, the contractor shall be liable for any damage which may result from the use of the materials unless he immediately gives notice of the defects to the client, upon receipt of the materials.
