Article 2299
Changes in the Agreed Work
(1)
The price fixed in advance for the work shall remain the same notwithstanding that changes have been made by a new agreement between the parties in the conditions under which the execution of the work was originally to have been carried out.

Such changes shall not give rise to an increase or decrease in price unless such has been agreed.
