Article 2337
Obligation of Person Calling upon Physician
Whosoever makes a contract with a physician or a medical institution on behalf of another shall be liable for the fees of the physician or medical institution where:
#(a)
he is bound by law or contract to care for the health of the person to whom the treatment has been given; or
#(b)
he has expressly agreed to the physician or medical institution that he shall be personally liable.
