Price Estimates
(1)
Where an estimate of the price has been fixed at the time the contract was concluded, the contractor shall give the reasons for any increase in the price.
#(2)
The client shall pay the increased price only to the extent that it results from work, labor or expenses that the contractor could not foresee at the time the contract was entered into.
#(3)
In any event, if the increase in price is more than twenty per cent of the estimate, the client is bound to pay the original price and no more than the additional twenty per cent.
