Article 19
Observance of Time Limit
(1)
A time limit shall be deemed to be observed if the purpose for which such time limit has been fixed, has been fulfilled prior to its expiration.
#(2)
When a dispute arises as to the observance of a time limit, the party who alleges that such time limit has been observed shall prove his allegation.
