Article 25
Purpose of Adjournment Not Carried Out
(1)
When the purpose for which the adjournment was granted has not been carried out for a reason attributable to either party, the court may proceed, notwithstanding such failure, to decide the suit immediately upon resumption of the proceedings.
#(2)
When the purpose for which the adjournment was granted has not been carried out for a reason not attributable to either party, a further adjournment may be granted.
