Article 22
Fresh Time Limit
(1)
Anything that ought to have been done, but has not been done prior to the expiry of a time limit, may be done thereafter when, upon application, the court fixes a fresh time limit.
#(2)
A fresh time limit may not be fixed under this Article unless the applicant satisfies the court that he was prevented from observing the time limit by:
#(b)
the application is made within fifteen days from the moment those events no longer prevent him from observing the time limit.
#(3)
A fresh time limit may not be fixed where an application alleges mistake, forgetfulness, burden of business or similar circumstances not amounting to force majeure.
