Article 388
Objections to Findings of Lower Court
(1)
Either party may, within a time to be fixed by the Appellate Court, present a memorandum of objections to any finding returned under Article 389 (2).
#(2)
After the expiration of the time fixed for presenting the objections the Appellate Court shall proceed to determine the appeal.
