Article 392
Powers of the Appellate Court
(1)
The judgment may confirm, vary or reverse the judgment or order from which the appeal is preferred.
#(2)
Where the parties to the appeal agree as to the form which the judgment in appeal shall take, or as to the order to be made in the appeal, the Appellate Court may pass a judgment or make an order accordingly.
