Article 115

The Court shall adjourn the hearing for such time as is sufficient to enable the purpose of the adjournment to be carried out.

Where a hearing has been adjourned to a fixed date the Court shall remind the parties of the obligation to attend Court on that date; but when an adjournment is ordered without a fixed date for the resumption of the proceedings, the Court shall, when the purpose of the adjournment is achieved, issue new summonses to the parties and witnesses.
