Article 116
Effect of Adjournment
(1)
On granting an adjournment, the Court shall make such order as is necessary to ensure that the purpose of the adjournment is achieved.
#(2)
Where an adjournment has been granted under Article 114 (2) (j), the Court shall remand the accused to a place where his state of mind can be examined.
