Article 147
Additional Witnesses
(1)
At any time before making a decision of guilty or not guilty the Court may call any witness whose testimony it considers necessary in the interests of justice.
#(2)
The prosecutor may call any witness whose name does not appear on the list of prosecution witnesses if the Court is satisfied that he is a material witness who could not have previously been identified as such by the prosecutor and the application for a summons is not being made for the purpose of delaying the case.
#(3)
The accused may call any witness if the Court is satisfied that he is a material witness and the application for a summons is not being made for the purpose of delaying the case.
