Article 149

After the evidence for the defense has been concluded the prosecutor may address the Court on questions of law and fact.

The accused or his counsel shall then address the Court on questions of law and fact and in all cases he shall have the opportunity to address the Court last.

Where there are more than one accused the Court shall decide in which order the accused or their counsel shall address the Court.
