Article 19

Unless otherwise expressly included in this Code, no person shall be found guilty where that person's conduct was beyond his physical control for any reason that would cause an ordinary person to engage in the same conduct.

This Article does not apply where the conduct was beyond the person's control by reason of his negligence or self-induced intoxication.
