Article 20
Intoxication
(1)
It is not a defense that a person who engages in conduct specified in the definition of an offence lacked the required element of fault by reason of intoxication, except as described in sub-Article (2).
#(2)
No person who lacks the required element of fault by reason of intoxication resulting from fraud, compulsion or reasonable mistake shall be found guilty.
