Article 1054
Right of Holder
(1)
The holder of land which is crossed or bordered by water may use such water for industrial or commercial undertakings such as water-mills, wash-houses or bathing establishments.
#(2)
He shall ensure that the water flowing from the land he holds be unsoiled and fit for the uses to which it may normally be put.
