Article 1063
Use of Works
(1)
The holder of a land on which land works are to be constructed shall bear one half of the costs of building and maintenance where such works are also for his own benefit.
#(2)
Where the holder of land wishes to use such works to his own benefit during construction or after completion, he shall bear the costs arising from any changes in the works required to adapt them for his use.
