Article 1062
Compensation
(1)
The neighboring riparian shall be entitled to compensation where the works constructed on the land he holds deprive him permanently of a part of the land he holds.
#(2)
The neighboring riparian shall be entitled to compensation where he is unduly or unreasonably inconvenienced as a neighbor by the size or duration of such works.
