Unless otherwise provided, the rules governing the acquisition, transfer or loss of ownership of movable things shall apply to the acquisition, transfer or loss of an usufruct relating to movable things.

Unless otherwise provided, the rules governing the acquisition, transfer or extinction of credits and other incorporeal property shall apply to the acquisition, transfer or extinction of an usufruct relating to credits or other incorporeal property or an inheritance.
