Article 601
Provisional Measures
(1)
Once the matter is brought before the family arbitrators or the Court, the family arbitrators or the Court shall order such provisional measures as are required by the circumstances in particular as regards the support of the spouses and of the children or the management of the property of the spouses.
#(2)
The family arbitrators or the Court may assign or prohibit a determinate residence to the husband or to the wife.
