Revision May be Made
(1)
The provisions made regarding the custody and support of the children may at any time be revised by the family arbitrators on the application of the father, mother or other ascendant relative of the children.
#(2)
The provisions made regarding the support of a former spouse may also be revised at any time, on the application of each of the former spouses.
