Article 611
Autonomy of Agreements
(1)
On the death of one of the spouses, the pecuniary relations between the spouses shall be liquidated in accordance with the contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 and with the agreements entered into by the spouses.
#(2)
In default of agreements or if these have not been validly stipulated, the pecuniary relations between spouses shall be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
