Article 367
Grounds for Appeal
(1)
The memorandum of appeal shall state concisely the grounds of appeal, under enumerated headings, and shall conclude with a statement of the remedy sought.
#(2)
The appellant or respondent shall not, except by leave of the court, urge or be heard in support of any ground of objection not set forth in the memorandum of appeal.
#(3)
The appellate court may decide the case on a ground not raised by a party, but before doing so must give the party negatively affected an adequate opportunity to contest the case on that ground.
