Article 374

On being satisfied that the failure to appeal was for good cause, the court shall record an order granting the application, and the party shall file his memorandum of appeal within ten days of such order.

There shall not be good cause within the meaning of the preceding sub-Article where the failure to appeal in time is due to the fault or negligence of the appellant’s pleader.

A note of any application under this article and of the decision thereon shall be entered in the Register of Appeals.
