Article 90

Each charge shall, in order to enable the accused to know with sufficient clarity what charge he has to answer by properly identifying the accused and describing the factual circumstances and the legal elements of the alleged offence, include:

the name and proper description of the accused;

the offence with which the accused is charged and its legal and material elements;

the time and place of the offence and, where appropriate, the person against whom or the property in respect of which the offence was committed; and

the law and article of the law against which the offence is said to haw been committed.

Each charge shall be signed and dated.
