Article 93
Joinder of Accused
(1)
All persons accused of having participated in whatever capacity in the offence or offences shall be charged and tried together.
#(2)
Where several persons are alleged to have committed different offences connected with the same criminal activity, they may be charged and tried together.
#(3)
The Court shall order separate trials where it is satisfied that such an order is required in the interests of justice.
