Article 92
Joinder of Charges
(1)
A charge-sheet may contain several distinct charges relating to the same accused and each offence so charged shall be described separately.
#(2)
All charges may be tried together, but where the accused is likely to be prejudiced in his defense the Court shall order the charges to be tried separately.
