Representation
(1)
The acknowledgment shall be made personally by the father, even where he is a minor. The personal consent of the minor shall be required for acknowledging a child.
#(2)
A mandate to make the acknowledgment may only be given by a special authorization approved by the Court.
#(3)
Acknowledgment may be made personally by a person subject to judicial interdiction or, with the permission of the Court, by a legal representative acting in his name.
#(4)
If the father of the child is dead or, not is a position to manifest his will, the acknowledgment of paternity may be made in his name by the paternal grandparents.
