Retroactive Effect of Acknowledgment
(2)
Rights acquired by third parties shall, however be respected. Persons who have acquired rights in accordance with this Code’s provisions on Successions are not considered to be third parties.
#(3)
If a person loses his rights because of the retroactive effect, he shall not have the obligation to restitute property which he has disposed of at the time of the acknowledgment.
