Article 415

An application for the attachment of any movable property belonging to the judgment-debtor shall be accompanied by an inventory of the property to be attached, containing a reasonably accurate description of the same.

An application for the attachment of any immovable property belonging to the judgment-debtor shall contain:

a description of such property, provided that, where such property is entered in the registers of immovable property, the court may require the applicant to produce a certified extract from such registers; and

a specification of the judgment-debtor’s share of interest in such property to the best of the belief of the applicant, and so far as he has been able to ascertain the same.
