Article 426
Where Warrant of Arrest May be Issued
(1)
The court may forthwith order the arrest of the judgment-debtor on being satisfied, by affidavit or otherwise, that, with the object or effect of obstructing or delaying execution, he is about or likely to abscond or leave the local limits of the jurisdiction of the court or to dispose of or remove his property or any part thereof from such limits.

An order under sub-Article (1) may be issued pending the making of an application for execution.
