Article 421

On receiving an application for execution the court shall ascertain whether the requirements of the preceding Articles, as may be applicable to the case, have been complied with, reject the application or allow the defect to be remedied on such terms as it shall fix.

Where an application is amended under the preceding sub-Article, it shall be deemed to have been an application in accordance with law presented on the day when it was first presented.

Every amendment made under this Article shall be dated and signed or initialed by the presiding judge.
