Article 422
Order of Execution
(1)
Where an application for execution is admitted, the court shall issue an order of execution and send a copy of the order thereof to the judgment debtor.
#(2)
Every order shall be dated the day on which it is issued and shall be signed by a judge, sealed with the seal of the court and delivered to the execution officer.
