Article 427
Particulars in Warrant of Arrest
(1)
Every warrant issued shall direct the officer entrusted with its execution to bring the judgment-debtor before the court unless the judgment-debtor satisfies the decree by personally appearing in court.
#(2)
No warrant of arrest shall be executed where satisfaction is obtained in accordance with sub-Article (1).
