Article 1517
Absence of Force Majeure
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the following occurrences shall not be deemed to be cases of force majeure:
#(a)
a strike or lock-out taking place in the undertaking of a party or affecting the branch of business in which he carries out his activities;
#(b)
an increase or reduction in the price of raw materials necessary for the performance of the contract; or
